• Email address (from Google or GitHub OAuth)
• Name (from your OAuth provider)
• Profile picture (from your OAuth provider)

Project Data:

• Project descriptions you provide
• Generated daily milestones and tasks
• Completion status of your tasks

Technical Information:

• Browser type and device information
• IP address and general location data
• Usage patterns and feature interactions

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Tangibl service
• To generate personalized project breakdowns using AI
• To authenticate your account and secure access
• To improve our service and develop new features
• To communicate important updates about the service

AI Processing

When you create a project, we send your project description to Anthropic's Claude API to generate daily milestones. This data is processed according to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not use your project data to train AI models.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted HTTPS connections
• Row-level security policies in our database
• OAuth 2.0 authentication via trusted providers
• Regular security updates and monitoring

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. Period.

We only share data with:

• Supabase: Database and authentication provider
• Anthropic: AI processing for milestone generation
• Vercel: Hosting infrastructure

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for providing their services to us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your project data
• Opt out of marketing communications

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete all your data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain it (e.g., for tax purposes).

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect your ability to use Tangibl.

Children's Privacy

Tangibl is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

International Users

Tangibl is operated in the United States. If you're accessing our service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using Tangibl, you consent to this transfer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Tangibl after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
